This is such a cool and atmospheric site.. the internet is so back!! also do you compose at all? I'm a (kinda) trained classical pianist and i'm trying I also really enjoy monopoly (not like pro or anything) but its a indulgence of mine to track and analyze my monopoly transactions in a spreadsheet lolllllll
Thank you! Left a comment on your gb <3
hi there! stopping by after reading your very sweet message on my guestbook
I took a look around and I really really love your website!! I enjoyed reading some of your reviews! ^_^ Also stopping by to say I've also added your button on my button wall!
Thank you for reading, you're very kind! I'm going to add your button as soon as possible
hihiii i really like ur webpage! it has a unique and different vibe that i like a lot :> the colors and fonts and overall layout is very satisfying to look at and i liked reading abt your writings. you have a very nice writing style if that makes sense lol? would it be ok if we become neighbora ♪(^∇^*)
Thank you for the kind words! Ofc we can become neighbours~ I already linked your button on my site!
Hihiii!! I really dig your website, it gives me hella nostalgia ! You've got great taste <3 I've been working hard on a new layout, let me know what you think! ٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و ♡
hi i found you from the comment you left on my classical music for beginners blog post... which you left quite a while ago but I forgot to go and try and find your site
and i'll definitely add more ravel, debussy, more piano in general, etc. later (maybe never but it'll definitely be there IF i ever update it) in any case, it's always great when I can find other classical musicians on this little part of the internet! (...bit of a shameless plug but I do run a classical music webring if you're interested
)
also, I really appreciate that you've made an effort to make your site accessible on mobile. I know it's a hassle having done all that but I really think it's crucial and seeing a webmaster who does put effort into allowing everyone to have a good time on their site makes me quite happy. i noticed that the link to your latest blog post that's on the main page is broken, which you might want to take a look at. but I really do like the styling of this. mine's all minimalisty and boring since that how I like it but sites like yours are the reason I was drawn to nekoweb in the first place.
also i noticed on the main page again that you wrote "I don't have the same relationship with Y2K retro websites like you might, no one my age uses Nekoweb..." I think we're about the same age-ish? maybe not, at least pretty close. idk just an inference
anyways, cool site and insert other cliche things to express that I like the site... i'll be adding your button the next time I update my site! stay cool
Hi! I think I remember my reply to your blog post, it was an excellent one and I agreed with many points you presented, especially the one about elitism in the classical music community. I’m very happy being validated for putting so much effort into making my website usable on mobile, it’s disheartening to think that many users will just put ‘best viewed on pc/not optimised for mobile’ without even putting the effort to try to do so. There are definitely class-related connotations to that sort of mindset, since many people cannot afford to purchase a laptop. Thank you for telling me about the broken link! I’ll fix that as soon as possible! I haven’t been updating my website as diligently because I’m actually making a music page as we speak. Also, I think your site is lovely, minimalism and all!
i'm always psyched whenever i see your site in my update feed. your new About Me page looks amazing, dude! the hanako-kun feature in your interests page made me smile-- i'm a huge fan of the anime and have been meaning to go back and give it a read for ages now. as the resident pagan [censored] i can in fact interpret your star chart for you-- to give you a super quick overview, your "big three" (your sun, moon, and rising) give a broad overview of your whole personality: your sun sign describes your general sense of self, your moon sign represents the deeper/hidden version of yourself that underlies your daily facade, and your rising sign describes the vibe that you give off to other people. cancer is a sign associated with sensitivity and emotionality-- cancer suns tend to be very attuned to their feelings, if not a little delicate. they tend to get overwhelmed by the outside world pretty easily and need to have a calm, quiet place to recharge after being around people-- it's the price they pay for being so emotionally connected to the world. very much a poet's temperament. your libra moon represents a deeper, more private sense of self that is fair-minded, hedonistic, charming, and a little less likely to get swept away by emotions than your sun sign would otherwise suggest, while your sagittarius rising gives you an air of absentmindedness and naivety-- sags tend to be wanderers and dreamers. taken together, i'd interpret your chart to say that you have a facade of a sensitive artist who's difficult to pin down, a lot of complex, tender feelings right below the surface, and an interior life that's a little more pragmatic and worldly than your vibes would otherwise lead a stranger to believe. not sure how accurate that reading is to you as an individual, but i figured you might get a kick out of it regardless! cheers and have a great weekend <3
This is SO sweet, thank you so much <3 I didn’t actually expect anyone to interpret my horoscope. I adore you for commenting on my gb multiple times hehe you make my day! I was reading your blog post the other day but I didn’t want to spam you- lemme tell you about that on your gb
Heyyyy it's a very cool site, thankyou for follow also would u like to be exchange buttons? already added yours on mine
Thank you for telling me~ I'll add your button asap!
OMG and i forgot to say, of course you can add my button and we can be mutuals!
Thank you! I’ll add your button ASAP!
hello! thank you for your comment on my guestbook, and my apologies for taking so long to reply 0_0;; your site is so very dear, and i love that you took the name of your url from love nikki ^^ i hope to see your site grow even more! the journal layout for the blog is super cute~ i'm happy to hear that you enjoyed my post on Athena! i too had a classic greek mythology phase when i was a teen, so it was fun to write! translating and overanalyzing really is my hobby lol, i'm glad it's comprehensible and even insightful for some people! on the other hand, i admire the way you write about your daily/everyday life on your blog, you're a very good storyteller! i'm not very good at talking about myself nor about my life, so it's a quality i admire~ thank you for taking the time to write your comment, i really appreciate it! i must admit, i sometimes do get disheartened when people comment on my guestbook and disregard why i made my website in the first place (my passion and love for a group) because they don't want to bother taking a closer look, which i understand ;w; but no one has ever come back to comment again like you have, which made me happy and i think is very commendable! super dragon isn't a famous or well known group, and they're very self produced which is why i get a bit defensive and sad on their behalf when i get the sense that people are dismissing them, i really hope people don't think that my website is a "white elephant" and that my favorite group is not deserving of my love and passion and all the work i put into my site ;o; anyways, i wish you all the luck in school and life! and i hope you keep having fun coding!!
Ru, I can *easily* tell how much work you’ve dedicated into your site, and now that I’ve matured I realise now that your site is so beautiful because your love for Super Dragon is equally beautiful! They mirror eachother. Again, I deeply apologise if I hurt you because of my previous message, I was a beginner dev with poor manners and I was so in awe of your creation. I feel the exact same way you feel, I am disheartened by superficial praise but your response here is so appreciated <3 thank you! I’m elated that a person like you enjoys my corner of the internet
i love the vibes here!
hey, thank you for leaving a comment on my guestbook! your website is wonderful, and im looking forward to more updates
have a great summer!
mreowoowow freaking awesome site :x added u on letterboxd btwww
Heyyyyy! Added you back, thanks for that Discord discussion!
cool site!
happy august, king! checking in to say that i love the updates to your site and that your blog layout is super fucking cool. wishing you luck with your crush (lowkey on the edge of my seat to see what his response to your letter is because ?????? What Do You Mean He Hasn't Said Anything Yet?????) and i'm glad to hear that people in your summer classes have been broadly friendly to you. also here to say that i adored your reviews of Making Friends, which i haven't read but am seriously considering reading after seeing your takes on them. i can appreciate a good, grounded fantastical realism that transitions into shoujo bullshit. also, if you haven't had a chance to check out Perfect Blue yet, you should totally give it a look. judging by what you're enjoying about Making Friends, i think you'd get a kick out of it. hope you're doing well and see ya around <3
Hey 9! Happy august to you as well, and thank you so much for the kind words gosh you never fail to impress me! I'm glad my words have resonated with you a lot, but be warned bc Making Friends is literally a series about middle schoolers but hey! Lots of people watch Bluey. Also, regarding Perfect Blue, it's one of my favourite films of all time. I need to watch Kon Satoshi's other films...
HI VICTOR!! It's been almost a full month since I last checked your site, IT'S SO FULL NOW!! it's soooo polished and beautiful and my eyes are delighted! The color palettes you pick are delish. Also, for the record I thought your whitebox calendar was meant to look like that.... I'm sorry for doubting its potential, its so seamless now! I read through your Kakegurui entry and was SO enthused to hear about your thoughts comparing the manga and the anime. I've only seen the anime so far, but I'm now considering the manga for more in-depth focus on the games played within it. Also the black lace image on your page for it is so elegant!! Your July 18th blogpost is startlingly relatable. From the tip of 'overwhelmed at the thought of trying to make an image-based layout fit every desktop (I have plenty to say about that)' to the bottom of 'guilt for not turning every site upside down before commenting in their guestbook'. It was a thorough joy to read, I'm glad I got to start with that one. ok so i just saw your previous post. wow. I'll see you elsewhere
Hi Aqi! It’s been a while! Thank you for your kind words, I’ve visited your site a few times and I’m equally impressed with what you did! Cool landing page. You’re one of the first people to visit my site so thank you.
